This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Great Experience and Holiday. Food, drink, and accomodation was fantastic. The greek resteraunt stood out as exceptional. Pool area and slides were great. Everything very clean. Wifi great. No big faults. 5/5.

Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen! Von A-Z ist das ganze Hotel eine Top-Empfehlung! Es ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist überragend und das jeden Tag aufs Neue! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam! Besonders gut hat uns die Kinder-Animation von Raul gefallen! Unsere Tochter hat ihn sehr ins Herz geschlossen und hat sehr viel Freude bei allem! Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter macht einen tollen Job ohne das man merkt dass es ein Job ist! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Thanks for having us 🫶🏼

Animation am Abend war top besonderes Minidisco mit Raul, sehr freundliche und lustige Person. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Die shows am Tag mit Spiderman Batman.

Animation team especially Raul was extremely helpful and kept children entertained all day long. The mini disco was full of energy and enthusiasm. The children loved mini football, darts and water polo just to name a few. This hotel is amazing, food is great and staff are very friendly.

Animation it’s been good. Evening mini disco and the evening in Tropicana bar lovely. Friendly staff. And day shows in the water Lori for kids also great. Raul was especially great fun.

Hotel eccellente con clientela internazionale. Prenotato direttamente dal loro sito, dopo essere stati a Cipro lo scorso anno nella stessa catena di hotel, e non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà (anzi abbiamo avuto un piacevole upgrade della camera). Vicinissimo all' aeroporto raggiunto con servizio transfer prenotato online separatamente. La sua posizione permette di visitare comodamente l' isola sia con i mezzi sia noleggiando un auto/ con escursioni via mare che partono dalla spiaggia a fianco. Ottima la ristorazione, inclusi i ristoranti à la carte facilmente prenotabili dalla app dell' hotel. Stesso discorso per i bar, si riusciva a trovare sempre posto nonostante gli ospiti siano davvero molti. Non abbiamo usufruito molto della piscina ma era sempre ben tenuta. L' unica cosa migliorabile è la spiaggia.. l' acqua del mare è cristallina e merita davvero tanto, però i lettini sono spesso rotti e non particolarmente comodi mentre gli ombrelloni sono un po' piccoli e si fatica a stare in due all' ombra quando fa molto caldo. Con un piccolo investimento sull'arredo della spiaggia si potrebbe fare davvero tanto. Comunque consigliatissimo!
